At NovaBath, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a generous return period of 30 days.

Cooling-off period and return period

• You have 14 days to reconsider after receiving your order to return it without giving a reason.
• After that, you have an additional 16 days to return your product, but then you must provide a reason.

Note: after the first 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a return if no valid reason is provided or if the product is returned used or damaged.

Refund

• For a correct return, you will receive the full order amount back, including any standard shipping costs.
• The return costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense.

Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must, if reasonably possible, be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Visible signs of use or damage may result in a reduction in value.
