At NovaBath, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer an extensive return period of 30 days. You have 14 days to reconsider and return your order without giving a reason. After that, you have an additional 16 days to return your product with a reason.
For a return, you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs back. The return costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense. The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
